Morgan Art was founded in Banbury, Oxfordshire in 2003, the focus then was selling artwork as affordably as possible, by 2005 we were also offering a range of photographic services, digital imaging and retouching, as well as wide-format printing, the focus however, of combining quality with affordability has continued to be at the centre of what we do.

about the photographer

My love of photography started the moment I saw the first processed photo that I'd taken with an Agfamatic 508 mini: a picture of a sunset over a Bordeaux vin-yard in the early 1980s, from that point I wanted to know more about how it all worked.
When I was thirteen I was given a 35mm Pentax and a couple of lenses, and soon after leaving compulsory education, I completed a national diploma in (film) photography.

By the time I moved to Oxfordshire in the 1990s, digital photography was coming of age, I met my wife: artist Shelly Morgan, and after completing a higher national diploma in media production, I started work at a motion capture animation studio where I happily scurried around in the near dark operating a 24 camera rig for many years.

Nowadays I work as a professional photographer based from the studio workshop I share with my wife and on location for weddings and other event photography, my work has featured in a number of printed publications and I'm a regular contributor to online image libraries.
