Due to the nature of printed portrait photography work having no re-sale value, refunds are only available if your item is considered at our discretion, to be defective by which it differs significantly from what has been agreed through previous correspondence, please be aware that individual monitor settings can cause variations in colour, balance and contrast.

All products are sent from the studio wrapped in accordance to meet our courrier's eligibility for insurance, in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be offered.

The studio session fee of £20.00 includes a free 10" x 8" print valued at £20.00 should you not wish to have the 10" x 8" this amount can be used as part-payment against another printed product offered by Morgan Art Photography.
The session fee is non-refundable, it is however transferable once up to 24 hours from the shoot date.

Deposits taken for securing photography dates for weddings and other events are refundable up to 90 days prior to the event, refunds for cancellations within 90 days of the date are offered at our discretion.
